This programme provides participants with the essential non-verbal and verbal communication techniques for enhancing their personal presence in the work place. Participants learn that how they choose to communicate will directly impact the quality of relationship they establish with key stakeholders. Participants are offered the opportunity to practice techniques for managing potentially difficult situations at work, such as making requests, saying 'no' to a superior, managing disagreement and dealing with conflict. Essential communication training for people at all levels in the organisation.
